Refresh schedule
The listing refreshes every Sunday at 03:40 US Eastern. META_REFRESH shows when the current data was loaded; META_SOURCE_RUN shows the URL, size, SHA-256 and agency timestamp of every source file behind it. The refresh ledger on the home page shows the same information.

Reporting a data issue
Send the table name, the key (an NDC-11, application number or 340B ID), what you expected and what you saw. If the agency file is wrong we say so and point to it; if our transformation is wrong we fix it in the next refresh and note it in the listing's release notes.
