Privacy policy
Effective November 2, 2026. Channel Keys publishes reference data products on Snowflake Marketplace and operates this website. This page says what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- This website. A static site hosted on GitHub Pages with DNS by Cloudflare. No analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and no cookies set by us. GitHub and Cloudflare may log standard server data (IP address, user agent, page requested) under their own policies.
- Email. If you write to us we keep the message and your address to reply and for our records.
- Snowflake Marketplace. When you get or buy a listing, Snowflake shares the business contact details and consumer account information needed to fulfill it and support you, under the Marketplace terms. We use that information only to deliver and support the product and to send service notices about it.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not use consumer information for advertising.
- Our data products are built from public datasets published by U.S. government agencies and contain no protected health information. Where a public dataset includes information about individuals (for example Open Payments covered recipients or 340B authorizing officials), we republish only the fields the agency publishes.
Retention and security
Correspondence and Marketplace consumer records are kept for as long as you use our listings and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and support. Infrastructure uses key-based authentication and least-privilege roles.
Your rights
You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@channelkeys.net. We respond within 30 days.
